‚MES A.V.S. Suite‘ – Keep track of your production processes

Since the mid-90s we have developed industry-specific MES and Controlling solutions as custom-made individual software for the fast-growing semiconductor and photovoltaic industry. In those days the available PPS-Systems (Production Planning and Control System) and standard ERP-Systems either did not provide the required functionality or were not adaptable enough to the characteristics of the production processes.

 

Our MES (Manufacturing Execution System) ‘MES A.V.S. Suite’ results from both the consistent refinement of our hitherto existing MES solutions and our experiences and ideas of twenty years.

• Modern: based on the Microsoft .NET Framework and optimized for Microsoft SQL Server DBMS




• Flexible: modular architecture allows a fast reproduction of customer-specific requirements on software-side

Components of the MES A.V.S. Suite

MES A.V.S. Framework (provides the core functionalities):

 

• Tracing of orders, articles and charges




• Integrated controlling of user rights




• Authentication via keyboard, card reader or auto login




• Consistent logging in the complete system




• Administration of master data, for example work steps, parts lists, workplaces and machines




• Supporting of combined production (multiple supply or objective article)




• Production Monitoring: visualization of actual-theoretical operating figures

 

 

A.V.S. Track and Trace client (user frontend):

 

• Visualization of all required Information




• Easy configuration




• Visualization of manually or via A.V.S EI recorded measured values and process values

 

A.V.S. EI (Equipment Integration) Controller:

 

• Interface between A.V.S. and machines: production-relevant information are transferred to the machine and retrieved from machine respectively via defined interfaces




• Allows connection via S7 – direct communication with data components of the SPS – or via XML-protocols. Beyond that the transfer of protocols can take place via an integrated message bus(MSMQ, ActiveMQ).

 

A.V.S. ERP Interface (Interface to standard ERP Systems):

 

• prompt feedback of amounts, times, process values and measured values via defined interfaces




• Comparison via interface through a service that runs around the clock




• Combined products can be maintained in the ERP-System as articles

A.V.S Reporting provides a transparent view to production processes and enables immediately responding to capacity and deadline bottlenecks.
