We support your business critical software systems – if your production process demands it - even 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Regarding the special requirements of your enterprise we prepare a suitable support and maintenance agreement.
For support and maintenance of your IT systems you need not to employ an own expert staff and you be able to provide support for night or weekend shifts without additional staff respectively.
One of our employees of the First-Level-Support is always available - around the clock. Young motivated IT professionals with a broad education and practical experience working in our shift system. If necessary – for instance when problems are very complex or escalating – specialists of our developer group with long-term experience in supporting complex systems are consulted (Second-Level-Support).
We offer this service regardless of whether the components of your IT-System that shall be supported were provided by us or not.
